You can request deletion of your StoreList account and associated personal information.

From your account

Sign in and visit account settings. Use “Request account deletion” to submit a request for administrator review. You may be asked to verify your identity before deletion is completed.

Request assistance

If you cannot access your account, use “Report an issue” on a store profile while signed in to an account you control. Begin the message with “Account data deletion request” and identify the account email. Do not submit passwords, social account tokens or identity documents. We will verify control before acting.

Social login

You can also remove StoreList from the connected apps in your Google or Facebook account. Removing provider access does not by itself delete existing StoreList records; request account deletion separately.

What happens next

Account access and linked login identities are removed or disabled as part of deletion. Personal information is deleted or anonymised unless it is necessary to retain it for security, dispute handling or other legitimate obligations. Public business facts may remain in the directory independently of your account. Store ownership must be transferred or reviewed before deleting the sole owner’s account.
