By using StoreList, you agree to use the directory responsibly and provide accurate information. These terms apply to shoppers, reviewers and store owners.

The directory

StoreList helps people discover stores and merchant-submitted products. Information may change. Confirm prices, availability, delivery, returns and warranties directly with the merchant before making a purchase. We do not process orders, payments or refunds.

Accounts and store ownership

Keep your account secure. Only submit or claim a store that you are authorised to represent. A claimed profile indicates that control of the business identity was checked; it does not certify the business or its products.

Content you submit

You must have the right to share submitted images and text. Give truthful descriptions, use genuine prices and avoid counterfeit goods, misleading claims, unlawful content or personal information about others. You allow StoreList to display and moderate your submissions for the directory.

Reviews

Reviews should describe your own relevant experience. Store owners and their team members may not review their own store. We do not label reviews as verified purchases. We may reject spam, harassment, personal information and irrelevant content, regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.

Moderation and availability

We may correct, withhold, remove or suspend content or accounts that violate these terms or create abuse. You can report an issue on the relevant store profile. The service may change or experience interruptions. Launch features are currently free.

External websites

External stores operate independently and have their own policies. Check their terms and privacy notices. You are responsible for deciding whether to purchase from them.
